Lumber... Jill?

President's Day weekend trip to Goddard hotsprings had me, Andrew, Meg and Brian in our bathing suits in Alaskan winter, breaking through ice in our skiff to get to our cabin at sevenfathom bay, and learning how to chop wood. Abraham Lincoln was a favorite president of many-- I highly recommend chopping wood to commemorate Presidents Day.

Favorite moments from our trip include feeling like a moonwalker in our "Mustang Suit" life preservers and eating mandarin oranges with homemade chopsticks made from cedar kindling. Thanks, Brian, for taking us out!
